Appreciated Stock or Securities

If you own stock that has grown in value, giving it directly to us is typically far more generous than selling it and donating cash. You avoid capital gains tax entirely and receive a full fair market value deduction. Learn how this works →

🏛️

IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)

If you are 70½ or older, you can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution directly from your IRA to Twenty35 Initiative Fund. Up to $100,000 per year can be given this way — it satisfies your Required Minimum Distribution and is excluded from taxable income entirely.

🏢

Employer Matching Gift

Many employers will match charitable contributions made by their employees — sometimes doubling or even tripling your gift at no additional cost to you. Check with your HR department or benefits portal to see if your employer participates and submit a matching gift request.

🏠

Donor Advised Fund (DAF)

If you have a Donor Advised Fund at Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or another sponsor, you can recommend a grant to Twenty35 Initiative Fund (or directly to Grace Medical Home). DAF grants are simple to initiate and require no additional tax forms for you.

📜

Planned Gift / Bequest

One of the most profound gifts you can make is remembering Twenty35 Initiative Fund or Grace Medical Home in your will or estate plan. A bequest — even a small percentage of your estate — creates a legacy that continues to serve patients long after you are gone. Contact us to learn more.
